Registration

REGISTRATION FEES:

a. General:

25,000JPY.The conference fee for general participants also covers the welcome party on November 13.

b. Student:

10,000 JPY.The student conference fee does not cover the welcome party on November 13. Students who want to attend the party need to pay an extra fee of 3,000 JPY.

HOW TO REGISTER AND MAKE THE PAYMENT:

Registration and payment must be made via our conference page on the EDAS website.

Participants are kindly requested to complete registration and payment by credit card (VISA, Master only) on EDAS no later than 15th, October.

You need an account on EDAS to proceed with the registration and payment on EDAS. The EDAS account is also required if you are going to submit your paper. Please use the same EDAS account for both registration and paper submission. If you do not have an EDAS account, please create an EDAS account first.

※キャンセル料は、2015年10月15日までは無料です。2015年10月15日から11月7日までは50％をご請求させていただきます。それ以降は、全額ご請求させていただきます。
