For those who are planning to take the 2nd general selection of the Graduate School of Technology Management, Yamaguchi University

In response to the declaration of a state of emergency for new coronavirus infection in Fukuoka Prefecture, (2nd) enrolment selection test of the Yamaguchi University Graduate School of Technology Management will be conducted online (Zoom) at both Hiroshima and Fukuoka test sites. Using the Zoom function, you will be asked to give a presentation for about 10 minutes based on the content described in your application form, and after the presentation, you will be asked questions based on your presentation.

If you are planning to take the test, please take note of the following points when preparing for the online test.


1. Please prepare your own communication device such as a PC or tablet.

2. Please bring your own camera, headphones, and microphone. It is recommended to use a headset to perform the test with clear voice even though your PC has a built it function.

3. An internet connection is required to use the online Zoom meeting.

4. Please make sure that the room you are taking the test is a private room and that no one else is in the same room.

5. The connection test will be conducted from Thursday, February 4th to Saturday, February 6th. We will contact you for details, so please be sure to participate.

6. If the above environment cannot be prepared, please consult with the admissions office before the application deadline.

• Write "Request for Application of Management of Technology's Research Science Students" in red on the front of the envelope, enclose a reply envelope, and sent it to the address below. Please write the postal code, address, and name of the recipient on the reply envelope (square type 2), and attach a stamp (250 yen, or 540 yen for express delivery).

Long-term course

  • You can choose long-term courses that facilitate learning for working adults. You can systematically take the curriculum for a certain period (3 or 4 years) beyond the standard period of study (2 years). The total tuition fee to be paid is the same as a standard study period.
